1st Major update!

Thank you all for your feedback! We're glad you enjoy playing our little game.
We took all your comments to hour hearts and made a huge amount of changes!

1) LIGHTING
A lot of you said the game was too dark and to that we agree. So we added ambient lighting using animated candles and other assets in the game that emit a bit of light to the environment. Global indirect lighting was also boosted so even areas without light sources appear less dark.

2) STARTING SCREEN
Now when you hit play a starting screen with instructions and controls will show up, so you know what to do and don't mindlessly roam the building trying to figure out how to finish the game.

3) TEXTURES AND MATERIALS
It turns out UE4 filtering preset was doing weird stuff to the textures so we updated all of them. Also material updates changed the lighting  a little bit so the game should look a bit more coherent.

4) PATHFINDING FIXES
The witch had some problems navigating the staircases in the game, we made changes to navigation mesh so after the new update she isn't getting stuck as often (we will continue working on this aspect).

5) NEW ASSETS
Paintings added on walls to break up the long corridors and make the game more visually interesting.

6) AMBIENT SOUND
We removed the background music from the game (Don't worry it still plays in the main menu) and replaced it with rain sound effects. We also added lighning to make the tense moments even more fun.

7) CONTROLLER SUPPORT
You can now play the game on a controller for some nostalgia.

8) CROUCHING
You can now crouch and hide behind the furniture a bit more easily!

9) OPTIONS
A whole new options menu! We added resolution settings, graphical settings, etc. So you can now enjoy the game on any pc.

10) BUG FIX
Fixed a bug where the witch could kill you through obstacles
